Order Tracking:
Upon dispatch, the system generates a tracking number and a direct tracking link (supporting DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, Aramex, Maersk, and 17TRACK for other carriers). You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website without logging into Qumtrix. Tracking status is synced from carrier systems and may experience a few hours of delay; the delivery receipt serves as final confirmation.
Client Portal:
Every customer is assigned a unique 8-character Portal ID (rolled out progressively by your account manager). Once activated, you can log in at qumtrix.com/partner to manage your contracts, supply lines, invoices, and shipments in one place. If you haven’t received your ID yet, please contact your account manager or submit a request form.

Every unit carries a 2-year warranty from the shipment date: defects caused by the product itself are repaired or replaced free of charge, and human damage is charged at parts cost only. Mechanical spare parts are guaranteed to be available for 15 years (cellular modules and batteries follow the upstream supplier’s policy). International returns and replacements follow a written RMA process — request within 15 business days, and never ship goods back before we approve the return and issue an RMA number. Duties, freight and other return costs are allocated according to the cause, and a return whose total cost exceeds 15% of the goods’ value may be refused or settled locally instead. Both. Standard products ship as-is or under your brand, and ODM/JDM programmes start from a written requirement: we cover hardware, firmware, enclosure and certification, then run the custom path in five stages over about 14 weeks. An NDA can be signed before the first technical review, and MOQ is quoted against the specific BOM rather than published as one company-wide number.

Sample and pilot quantities are quoted per programme together with the MOQ, because both depend on the module, the tooling and the test scope involved. A custom programme follows the five-stage, roughly 14-week path described above; for a standard product the lead time is confirmed against current stock and the destination.
